The students in summer school in 1st and 2nd grade did a tent building challenge. All they were given was 2 meter sticks, 2 pieces of big paper, 2 long pieces of string and a scissors. The directions were to build a tent from the materials and they weren’t allowed to use anything else. Only one group completed the task! They all gave a good effort though and learned from the project!
